Which certifications should I pursue for IT Director or IT Manager positions?
I have 20+ years experience from Network Admin to IT Manager, however I have never certified in any discipline.

ITIL, PMP, CISSP, etc., your future boss, the VP of whatever wants you to manage people and projects. Not every management position requires a degree but if you don't have one, you might give some thought to it.
