Computer Games Programming, what's it like?

've been given an unconditional offer to study Computer Games Programming at De Montfort University. I'm very pleased with the fact that I'm lucky enough to have been secured a spot on the course from the very beginning and will definitely place it as my firm choice as soon as the remaining universities make their decisions on UCAS Track. I've always been interested in video games and programming in general. I was just wondering what the course is like and how current university students are finding it. If you're A Level students like me who have also been offered a place I'd just like to here your thoughts and feelings about the course and what made you want to pick it and if you're currently studying it: what made you want to pick it?

Congrats on the offer! The Computer Games Programming course at De Montfort is known to be hands-on and focuses a lot on both coding and game design. Current students say it’s challenging but rewarding, with lots of group projects. If you're passionate about games and programming, it sounds like a great fit. Best of luck with your decision!
