EA Anthem slows down each time after starting a game

I'm really crazy about shooters with fantastic background like Anthem. But each time I start it all heroes moves as slow-motion pictures. I've checked internet connection - everything seems to be ok, films are going all right. Is there any reasonable explanation?

What are your graphic settings? Is your computer running high CPU / memory? Is this issue happening only to this one game and not others?
