Getting an Error on upgrade Linux Mint

Hi,

I have installed the Linux OS on my desktop. I'm trying to upgrade to Linux 19.1 however; I'm not having any luck. My computer is not recognizing the cd or the USB I made with the iso on them.

Please help!
