Just started using Infosec IQ and trying to find an answer in the community

Unfortunately I can't find a section of the Forum for that service nor the AwareEd one that my question is from.   How do I see feedback from a Learner taking a test who challenges a question or submits feedback?

I'm new to this so it might be something pretty simple I just can't see.
