The interviewer calls him out for cheating, and proceeds to give him advice on how to improve going forward. Now that's a class act!

Wow, I’m not sure if this is better or worse than people having a completely different person interview for them. Maybe they had to resort to this when people started catching on to the fact that a different person showed up to work than the one who was interviewed.
