Equifax class action lawsuit settlement

Anyone else receive a notice of a class action suit against Equifax that was settled? I received a notice in the mail and another one in my email, but I haven't done any research to see if it's legit or not. If it is, I'm considering opting out of it because $120 isn't a whole lot compared to what might happen if my identity is stolen in the future.
