Open a case with Vue Pearson and see what will happen from there, usually Vue Pearson send someone designated by them as an undercover exam taker to check whether the test center complies with their standards or not.

I would definitely contact Vue Pearson.  There are very specific requirements for testing centers (I use to work with one).  It's a lot of work to get qualified, etc.  There is no way that's a setup they would certify, well unless they have really relaxed their standards in the last 5 years, since I no longer work in that environment.
