I tend to believe this a subject that certification isn't really geared towards.

If any cert vendor wants to create cert tracks for AI and ML then more power to them and their marketing department. If a cert vendor wants to take perfectly good existing certs and cram AI/ML into their exam objectives in an attempt to make them more popular, they need a new marketing department. It looks like
