Processer Affinity

If you have a duel processer enviroment and you set the affinity of a process to the 100 % of the second processer. Does that process stay assigned to the processer after a reboot ?

No, but you can use imagecfg.exe (from the XP Resource Kit...) to assign an executable to a particular processor permanently. For example, check out the following document:
