Passed this test today. I thought it was pretty challenging, but I was well prepared.
I used the Sander van Gugt certification guide as my primary resource, and also, my employer purchased the RH Learning Subscription for me, so I went through some of the labs on there as well. Honestly, if you are already familiar with modern Linux, the Sander guide is sufficient for passing the test, IMO, as long as you practice.
On to RHCE (probably, I have the attention span of.... SQUIRREL!!)!

IT guy since 12/00
Recent: 11/2019 - RHCSA (RHEL 7); 2/2019 - Updated VCP to 6.5 (just a few days before VMware discontinued the re-cert policy...)
Working on: RHCE/Ansible
Future: Probably continued Red Hat Immersion, Possibly VCAP Design, or maybe a completely different path. Depends on job demands...

Swift6 Member Posts: 268 ■■■■□□□□□□Congrats on passing RHCSA. For RHCE, you have the option of taking the EX300 exam based on RHEL 7 or EX294 based on RHEL 8.The EX300 will be withdrawn sometime in 2020.Which of the two are you intending to pursue?
