Why is ISDN/BRI still on the A+ test ?
I'm sitting for the Comptia core 220-1001 in a few weeks and I am currently reading the Exam Cram book by David L Prowse and was stunned to learn that ISDN is still mentioned in the book ! I thought it might informational but it appears ISDN is in the official A+ Comptia Objectives. I have worked in Telecommunications for different ISP's over the years and for the organizations I worked at the time we were not offering Dial-up or ISDN lines to new customers and those that still had them we were discontinuing them switching them over to DSL or Fiber. If they did not like those options we did not renew them as a client. Any thoughts on this?
