Some Questions
First question is what do you all rank the Exam Cram 2 book compared to the other test preperation books for the 70-272 exam?
My second question is it worth the effort and studying to get A+ certification with my MCDST? Will that increase my chances of getting a Help Desk position, if i just had MCDST? I want to concentrate more on the software side though, like network admin. so should i get A+ ?
And i plan to pursue MCSA once i passed my 70-272 exam and get my MCDST.

I say go for them both. Start with A+, this will give you a feel for exam taking. Having some hardware background never hurts. Then, go for your MCDST or Network+
As for getting MCSA, you can use an MCDST towards the MCSA, OR, you can use the A+ and Network+ exams towards getting an MCSA cert.
I got my A+ first, then Network+. I just recently passed my 70-271 exam. Will get ready soon for exam 70-272 and get the MCDST. After that, maybe an MCSA. Who knows?
