New Member, known about the community for a very long time but like many, I browse the forums but never joined (sorry)
Been in IT for 19 years, have never done an IT course of any kind - although big believer in RTFM. One of those people that just learnt by breaking, sometimes on purpose sometimes... not so much
My decision to join will be detailed in the IT Jobs / Degrees section (here) , as even with the years of service I have in the industry the endless searching for an answer is coming up with so many paths it's quite maddening - and quite a few paths detailed by people that don't actually work in the area of my aims - love it when a recruiter writes on areas they recruit for but haven't got the faintest idea of what they are writing about, it's like the funny pages except without the intelligent wit of a writer.
