Exam Costs?

hi, newbie here.
i have heard from a friend that microsoft does dicounts on certain exams! i am not sure where to find the vouchers or coupons to get a discount. is there a website that tells you current specials??

Lets just say if you are paying all the way to MCSE, it will cost and arm and a leg especially given the fact that one might fail some along the way. CCNA almost cost me the same as CCNP would cost an extremely smart kid . Being jobless then, i had to pay through my nose.
