Labs/Exercises to do?

in Security+
I'm studying on my own at home and wondering if anyone knows if there are any labs or practical exercises I can do at home to help prepare me for the certification? Is there a good website to check out that may outline some labs to do?

    Not really specific to Security+, because it is more about the concepts and theory behind certain technologies, but even though you won't be tested on it you can still do things like configure a vpn connection, install pgp on your email client, install snort (IDS system), configure security protocols and authentication settings etc, etc. But again, Security+ is more about the purpose of these technologies and not how to configure a certain product.
