How many questions do you have to get right out of 150  in CISA exam before you can be confirmed to have passed ?

The number of items needed to be correctly answered will vary depending on the weight (i.e., level of difficulty) of the items you did answered correctly. In other words, answer a bunch of the difficult items correctly and you will need to correctly answer fewer items overall to pass. This is a simplistic explanation; there are other factors involved in exam scoring.
