The SNMPv1 community string is in plain-text in the UDP packet's payload containing the header of the SNMP message. The default community names are "public" and "private" but they can be anything.
In most switch configurations it should be easy enough to spot, all the snmp are group together, no matter what order you actually entered them into the switch's CLI. Example below.
snmp-server community ABC
snmp-server community XYZ
snmp-server trap-source Vlan0
snmp-server location Parent's Basement
snmp-server contact My Cell phone 800-555-5000
snmp-server chassis-id Switch-SW01
snmp-server enable traps envmon fan shutdown supply temperature status
