What are some of the highest paid cybersecurity jobs out there? I read that bug bounty hunters, Information Security Managers/CISO/CIO, and sales engineers make the most. Is this true? Any other careers within cyber that make a lot of money?

You can be a technical engineer and make a lot more given the right circumstancesAnd you can be a terrible Sales person and get fired because you can't meet your quota. You can also be an executive and be terrible at politics or just can't find the right opportunity and end up being a low-paid CIO in a public high school, for example.
