PentesterLab Yellow badge Play xml entities

Good Afternoon,

I am new to cyber security and am a associate pentester. Part of my role is finishing some badges on Pentesterlab.

I am having issues with Play XML entitles. The instructions use a web application but give no explanation how to setup the application and so I am stuck.

I am looking for some explanation/help with this.....or a referral to another source or forum.
