How do I obtain a copy of my exam score report?

I recently graduated high school. During my time in high school I went to take exam #98-367 (MTA Security Fundamentals) and failed the first time. In the end I did ultimately pass but do not have a copy of the passing transcript. I tried to contact my high school, but to no avail. Before I call Microsoft themselves am I able to obtain this transcript if I still have the following information; high school email address, exam reference number, ID, and original date of testing? I am new to this and have no former experience therefore would look forward to and appreciate any direction or guidance on this issue.
