Associate's degree in information security 
net+ certified 
work in a data center

Did Cisco Get rid of Packet Tracer??

Thank you I've tried that before posting this thread but it didn't work. I remember having an account but for some reason, I can't log in or reset my password!

That would suggest you created your netacad account using an email address different from the one you are using for the password reset.
