I have no idea what PSUs is, but why don't you give them a call and ask?

I think a PSU has something to do with government jobs in India.

We get this type of traffic because "TechExams.net" is very similar to "B.Tech Exams," an abbreviation for "Bachelor of Technology exams" in India. I see hits for these pages in my Google Alerts for techexams.net.

This may also explain why the majority of spamming TE receives is from India. Spammers are just wasting their own time and money attempting to post those ads here.
