Does anyone have an index for the GIAC GCLD course?

An index for SANS training materials is much more useful if you built it yourself, the process of which helps you to learn the material. Building it yourself also ensures that your index matches the revision of the SANS materials that you are using. An older index won't match the page numbers of the newer books and vice versa.
