One more for MCSA: Which one??
12thlevelwarrior
Thinking about the SQL 2005 test so I could also get the MCTS: SQL Server 2005 cert and it would count towards MCSA and MCSE. Don't have much experience with SQL, but I really don't mind it taking longer, thought the DB knowledge would be a plus to my skill-set. Any thoughts??

If you don't plan on working on any of the specializations at any time and might get to use the SQL knowledge, sure go for it. If you decide to go for a specialization though, you'll have extra exams that could have been partly satisfied by using them as an elective.

Well I did 228... thats SQL 2000... It was difficult.
But if you do that and then go for MSCE, you are 1 exam away from MCDBA....

good point. i think that's what i'll do. i really like being able to satisfy mcsa, get elective towards mcse and attain mcst:sql2005 at the same time. thanks
