Wake on lan

does anyone know of a sweet little program that will turn pc's on using wake on lan, we can shut down but not start up, we dont wanna buy 3rd party software so the simplist (is that a word) the better

My server (really XP) won't wake on lan unless I put it in standby or hibernate. Otherwise it responds to any frame addressed to it.
