Applying for the job..........

Hey Guys, I have a question i was thinking about earlier. Which is, When applying for a job online... lets say on Dice and the job posted has an "apply" button but also has Email information on the bottom, Do you send your Resume through Email or just click apply? Does it make a difference?

I normally just click apply. I guess it would depend on what you are looking to do. If you want a more personal contact with a specific employer then maybe email it to them with a brief note describing why you're sending them the email and thanking them for reviewing your resume. If you're just looking to get your resume to as many openings as possible, then just use the apply button.IT guy since 12/00

Working on: RHCE/Ansible
Future: Probably continued Red Hat Immersion, Possibly VCAP Design, or maybe a completely different path. Depends on job demands...
