My learning resources are learnkey, cbtnuggets, ms book and trancender

I would suggest not having the MS book for a base study I do not think it is that good for this exam for some reason but i'll tell you my study guide,

Watch learnkey, read over the concepts in MS book you not all clear about then watch learnkey bits again and take trancender. After trancender you' find some bits and subjects you missed out on and study them :)

    Hope it helps

newbienewb, I am in the same boat as you. I want to take the 70-284 test next and am looking at MS Press and Sybex study books. Iankf, thanks for you input on the MS book, has anyone used the Sybex one?

The Sybex 284 book is really good. I would also recommend Learning Exchange 2003 by William Boswell. It's not an Exam book but it really drives home the material you just read in the exam book.

If you decide you want to get really advanced or if you want to give 70-285 a shot I say get Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Advanced Administration by Jim McBee.

No practical / theoretical knowledge I have icon_redface.gif

Could anyone suggest good starter book, not necessarily a studyguide?

I started reading 'mspress - exchange server 2003 resource kit'. I have Sybex - 70 284 Exchange Server 2003 Implementation and Management, Sybex - Mastering Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, Sybex - Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 24seven. Among these books, which would be a better book for a newbie like me?

Or if any book other than these is also recommendable, please input those.

    Thank you

I`m in the same boat as you and have gone for the Mastering Exchange Server 2003 book by Barry Gerber. It`s Brilliant.

Microsoft Curriculum is the best book followed by MS Press
