Weird License Problem

I am troubleshooting an issue for a small company that is operating a Terminal Server on Windows Server 2003. This is the only server this business has so it is also the Site License Server.
Today is the second time in the last 2 months that the users were suddenly unable to access resources on this server. For some reason the Purchase History is being deleted from the Server. After I re-enter the purchase history and reassign the license to the group then everything is fine.
I have gone through the event logs and found were it first started getting errors but do not see anything else in the logs that seems to have caused this. Just curious as to if anyone else has seen anything like this.

This is just crazy.... -

Oh, and one more comment - this server was not originally built with an eval copy and upgraded was it? Or booted from a floppy set created from an eval version of server 2003?All things are possible, only believe. -
Danman32 Member Posts: 1,243Perhaps try rebuilding the license database from scratch. You'll probably need to call in to reactivate the server though.

I am not going to spend much more time on it...... if I can't find it then I will just reimage it and move on. I would just like to know what is causing it. -

But that is what is being deleted. So I have rebuilt it twice now. -
