Upgrade question

I've visited several sites and still don't have a definite answer. When upgrading from Windows 1998 to Windows 2000 which command should be used?

I've seen WINNT.EXE and WINNT32.EXE

WINNT.exe is used when you boot from the CD in DOS. WINNT32.exe is used when you use autoplay function of the Win2k CD under the Windows environment.

The answer should be WINNT32.EXE

Winnt32.exe Command Syntax
Running Winnt32.exe installs or upgrades Windows 2000. You can run the Winnt32 command at a Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows NT command prompt.

Winnt.exe is for installing from dos/boot floppy.
