    Hi,

would you say you want to highlight your education more? or your experience? It seems like you're heavy weighting your experience alot...have you considered beefing your education section and placing more highlights there...ie. instead of saying "with focus on IT", try listing core courses you've taken that show that you have IT background in your academics as well.

You never know what type of hiring manager you will come across, some prefer education over experience, others are the other way around, I find most will want BOTH...lol..

    Cheers!

I agree. Putting a bit more about your education would probably be a good idea. List anything and everything that has to do with IT, and anything notable in the management area. Aside from that, it all looks good.

    Free Microsoft Training: Microsoft Learn
Free PowerShell Resources: Top PowerShell Blogs
Free DevOps/Azure Resources: Visual Studio Dev Essentials

Let it never be said that I didn't do the very least I could do.

Those are pretty long lists, and some may be less 'standard' than others, I would shorten your lists to these:

    Technical:
    Network Hardware & Protocols
    Routers, Switches and Bridges
    Data Communication
    Unix administration
    Web Development including E-Commerece Applications
    Java Programming

    Management:
    Operations Management
    Strategic Management
    Management Information Systems
    Communication, presentation
    Communication, writing

    my 2 cents...

Thanks a lot, I did remove few repetitive courses you suggested :)

I will post other sections as I go along.
