Sample config for access server menu

Last night I found a post on techexams where someone had posted a config from their c2511 with a menu configured.

Being half asleep I copied the text, created a new txt file, saved the txt... and completely forgot to paste the config into it!

I've tried unsuccessfully for the last 30mins to find it using the search on the forums.

Can whoever it was please paste it up?

which has a menu configuration in it.
