I passed! With an 857. I'm happy all though somehow I think this will bite me back in the future.
To all of you who passed, do you come back and review 70-270 material? What else goes through your minds?

857 sounds decent to me. That's a pass even under CCNA's cutoff, which is 849.
You could review the topics you had trouble with if you feel you were a bit weak. Remember, in the real world, you usually don't get situations like you do in the exam, and even when you do, there are plenty of references at your disposal, thanks to the internet and the search engines and forums located on it.
