Query about IGP to EGP Redistribution

Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell how would you advertise IGP routes into an EGP: by redistributing routes from IGP to EGP or via static network statements? and explain it to me.

you can redistribute an igp into bgp but its not recommended as the IGP network changes will be propageted into EGP thus a flapping internal route would show up in the ebgp and could be flagged by the neighbor..
the command woule be ex. ---- redistribute ospf ( process #)

its more stable to use the network command and advertise the route(s) and create a static route ( ip route x.x.x.x m.m.m.m null 0) on the ebgp router to advertisethe route(s)
