what type of config can i do with my lab?

i have two 1600 routers connected by a DTE / DCE crossover cable. One 2900 switch and an 800 series router.

What kind of configs can i do? I have already set up OSPF EIGRP RIP RIPv2 configs, done some ACLs as well.... can i do any frame relay stuff?
