Overlap material in 70-294 and 70-297?

in MCSA / MCSE on Windows 2003 General
Are there many overlap material between this two exam? Think they both involve in Active Directory.

    Yes a fair bit of overlap especially with AD and GPO implementaion. There's also some overlap with 291 and the network infrastructure. DNS, DHCP, WINS and RRAS.

    297 seems to be an amalgamation of 291 and 294.
