retaking exams (second try)

can anyone enlighten me on microsoft exam retaking policy.
How does it work do u have to sign up for it or what?

    You can take your first retake immediately. Hypothetically speaking, you could take one exam, fail it, and then fifteen minutes later retake it; of course you would have to already be registered for it. Your cannot retake the exam again for another 14 days. I think if you fail again after your second retake it jumps to 30 days before you can test again.

    To answer your question regarding the process, you simply reschedule as you did when you initially signed up for the exam. Contact Prometric or Pearson Vue and reschedule.

    If you were talking about the 2nd shot retake promo, that has expired.
    You had to take your first attempt by June 30th, and your second attempt by July 31st.
