IIS, RIS - Main areas for exam?

Can i just check a couple of things with the guys who have done this:
(do you need to know more)
RIS: Knowing how to create the image (various OS's) When its used and how to install using RIS, the client and server requirements.
IIS: How to install, setup web page, set permissions, start stop service, uses for service, how to setup and deploy shares and how to use IIS for internet printing.
Im sure i've missed a couple of points for the above two that i know just want to check if there is anything specific they tend to check. Heard most people advise IIS, RIS and NTFS permissions as the main areas and feel comfident with these so just checking.
(and no i havent forsaken everything else, i've still covered them, most seems like a refresh in MS terms)
(obviously checking here for the more 'difficult' areas and not just desktop configure, display settings etc)
