Ever feel like your stuck in groundhog day?
I think i have said the same line so many times today I may cry the next time.
There was a fault yesterday that caused problems with the email system.
Now i have user after user call saying:
"I cannot send and receive mail in outlook"
Can you see in the bottom corner where it says offline............
Trying to explain this to the helpdesk is driving me mad. The concept of 'View' and 'Status Bar' seems to be beyond some of them.
Anyone have a spare wall i can hit my head on??
