This is probably a stupid question...

if I have an active domain in one location, all working etc and I am in another location ( Im just on a stand alone pc say 100 miles away ), can I get included into that domain? How is it done? I know I can terminal services into it ok and access resources etc ( but that not what Im asking ). Is there any way to get that machine included onto that domain/AD? so it can have things like SUS deployments? and act as if it was on the same network/in the same building?

Really hope this makes sense. icon_redface.gif

This would even be more into the realm of 70-293, wouldn't it?

Not really, 293 focuses more on security.

Yes, you can join the domain, but you would need to be able to reach the DC, and resolve against its DNS zone. Usually this means using VPN
