in CCNA & CCENT
Hello,
I couldn't find an introduction forum, so I thought I'd do the socialble thing and just let everybody know why I'm here...
Today I started the CCNA... I'm taking the college route with the netacad supporting materials etc. My employer is paying for me to work through the course to become certified. I must admit my first impressions was that the course is a real "back to basics", however my tutor assures me we'll soon get onto something a little more meaty.
I'd like to try and accellerate my knowledge as much as possible as I progress through the course, so any suggestions would be welcomed with open arms! I'm particaully interested in setting up a home lab to play with!

Thanks for the reply - I've taken a look at cisco kits... The only problem is I'm based in the UK, and I'm a tad worried about the cost of shipping + customs etc... Does anyone know of a similar UK based company?

Thats great that your employer is picking up the tab. I haven't been at my job long enough to qualify for reimbursement.
