I've been at my current job for nearly 3 years as a "temporary" associate, despite the fact that I worked full time.
After 4 months of waiting and discussing, I finally got notice that everything went through and starting today, I am considered a full time employee here.
Would have liked a bit more money, but I'm aiming for a $5,000 increase in salary by June, when I'll have my bachelors degree.
I'm happy, and just felt the need to let everyone know.
