Webmaster Admin Posts: 10,292 AdminIt looks like they tried to make it sound a lot better than it is. i.e. with Problem Management they probably mean troubleshooting mainframe problems. Incident and Change Management probably refers to 'merely' documenting incidents and their solutions, and changes you made. I could be wrong but it looks like a rather simple (and imo boring, no offense to any operators here ) operator job they try to make look interesting.
