Anyone done any MVS Mainframe work? Is this good experience and something I should look at getting into?

Batch Management
Incident Management
Change Management
First and Second Line support
Good Customer Skills
Ability to work independently
Good team worker
Foolproof systems don't take into account the ingenuity of fools

    It looks like they tried to make it sound a lot better than it is. i.e. with Problem Management they probably mean troubleshooting mainframe problems. Incident and Change Management probably refers to 'merely' documenting incidents and their solutions, and changes you made. I could be wrong but it looks like a rather simple (and imo boring, no offense to any operators here ;)) operator job they try to make look interesting.
