Memory questions on Exam?

Are there many Memory questions on the exam such as
MEmory Adressing, speed and type of Ram, Size in bits
and capacity of chip, edo, sdram, sram, rimm, ddr, etc.

I was wondering how much detailed questions on this subject
is given, and if I need to study the minute details of each memory

Everyone's test is different. You might get no memory questions, you might get 10 of them, there's no way to know until you take the test. So if you want to be safe, memorize ALL of it.
