I would say its finite, as with most things go with computers. CPU speed, amount of RAM, etc. All finite. Although you can have a lot of it, maybe more than you need for practical use, there is always a finite limit.
Someone tried to tell me that Verizon FIOS had an infinite amount of bandwidth. I tried to correct him by saying "its finite, its A LOT of bandwidth for sure, but its not infinite". People can be difficult sometimes.CCNA Lab: Two 1720's, one 2520, two 2924XL switches

Infinite??? What would be someone's argument for that?
The universe is infite therefore the ammount of space available is theoretically infinite!Looking for CCIE lab study partnerts, in the UK or Online. -

Bandwidth is usually referring to a carrier of some kind. Carriers have limited capacity. When it comes to data, a carrier, whether that be a wire, cable or radio spectrum, can only change states so fast.
