I want to take the exam. som i want to se some pages about hacking, with videos or flash can anyone help me finding that.

Either take a class, read some books, and hang out here asking more specific questions (more specific than "how do I hack". To be honest with you, it's not a bad idea to do all of the above.

Just google things like "ethical hacking" etc.

Also, search for RTFM.
