Remote Console connection via IE

Can someone explain how to perform Remote Administration from any MSIE 5.0 or later browser w/o a locally installed client?

Edit: I just wanted to add something. If you do this for Windows XP, make sure you run the IIS lockdown utility. Windows Server 2003 automatically runs the IIS lockdown utility when IIS is installed.
