Verizon Fiber Customer Suport...Test

I'm taking a 40 question test for this job on Friday. It will consist of "basic internet and CPU knowledge" I know more then your avg Joe off the street but I am in no way as knowledgeable as many of you guys. So what i'm asking does any one know what type of questions will be on this test and if so do you know about any web-sites that offer basic knowledge questions?

You may just want to flip thru some A+/Net+ guides, to get a basic idea of stuff without making the major commitment to buy books and euqipment, simply for a test. I've never taken the that test, so I wouldn't know much about it, but I have a feeling you probably already know enough. Alas, look through some Technotes from this site, and you should be good....
