I broke Windows NT Server !
Well, it just goes to show how unstable Windows NT is!
I did a clean install of Windows NT on a virtual machine; I wanted to experiment with exchange 5.5 and co-existing with an exchange server 2003 organisation for the 284 exam.
Straight after the install I downloaded / installed service pack 6.0a rebooted and received the following message:-
STOP: c0000135 (Unable to Locate DLL)
The dynamic link library GDI32.dll could not be found in the specific path C:\WINNT\system32;C:\WINNT\system32;C:\WINNT
The machine continues to loop reboot.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

WindowsLM Member Posts: 39 ■■□□□□□□□□did some research on this, and found some hits, mainly referring to directX or another program, however the all said the same thing, copy the missing DLL into the specified folder.
i assume you can get to a command prompt? copy the file, and see what happens, g/l -

(Or I could just install a floppy drive, but I like a challange!)
