I have it scheduled for 15th which is wed. I have just one question. Does the OS exam tend to focus more on the older OS tools or the newer tools.

It should cover the topics on the Objectives. You may have some non-scored questions covering newer technologies, but there isn't an absolute answer as only CompTIA knows how the assemble the questions and the randomness that we see them when we take their exams.
